Approach:

First a team must be organized. It will consist of about thirty people all working towards coordinating the train and the website.

There will be a team that is specifically working on renting a train, creating a route, coordinating stops and the exchange.

Another team will be working on the website, keeping it running, keeping track of users etc.

There will also be another team of people working to advertise this project and get people involved from across the U.S. There will be advertisements on trains, online, and many other places.

With these three teams in place, my project can be carried out in an organized fashion.
